How included credits, overage, and email fallback work for agent inquiries.
Free plans include 0 SMS credits and rely on email lead notifications. Pro plans ($15/mo) include 50 included SMS credits per month. Unlimited plans ($25/mo) include 200 included SMS credits per month.
If your account runs out of credits and automatic overage is turned off, buyer inquiries will automatically fall back to email so you never miss a lead. A banner will appear in your dashboard letting you know it's time to buy more credits or enable overage.
Pro and Unlimited agents can enable auto-overage in account settings. When enabled, texts sent after your monthly included credits are exhausted are billed at $0.03 per message. This keeps instant buyer replies flowing without manual top-ups.
Yes. Any agent can purchase a one-time $10 SMS Booster Pack with 300 credits. The pack never expires and can be bought anytime from your dashboard or the pricing page. Garage sale sellers can also buy a $5 pack with 100 credits.
Included monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Booster packs purchased separately are one-time credits and are used after your monthly allowance is depleted; they do not auto-renew.
Every outbound text is logged in your SMS transaction history with a status of sent, delivered, or failed. Delivered and failed messages still deduct credits so we can route attempts reliably, and failures are surfaced in your dashboard.

Local Starter gives you the basics to be discovered. Pro unlocks coupon publishing, a featured product showcase, job postings on your profile and the Valley jobs board, and lead SMS messaging. Premier unlocks sponsored ad placements and priority visibility in the directory and on maps.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Premier anytime, or downgrade when you no longer need paid features. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and you keep your listing data through every tier.

Realtor plans are Free ($0, 3 listings), Pro ($15/month, 10 listings + 50 SMS), and Unlimited ($25/month, unlimited listings + 200 SMS). You can hold both a merchant and a realtor subscription if needed.
